TERMS OF SALE

Online Store HokaBaka (hereinafter the Online Store) is owned by Hokabaka OÜ (registry code 16937074), located at Bakase, Hullo village, 91301 Vormsi Parish, Lääne County.


VALIDITY OF THE SALES CONTRACT, PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION

The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. A shipping cost of €4.00 is added to the price. All prices in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery cost is displayed to the buyer during the order process.
Hokabaka OÜ is the controller of personal data. Hokabaka OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.


PLACING AN ORDER

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount will then be displayed, which can be paid securely using the following payment methods: Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay.
NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to Merchant” button on the bank’s page.
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The contract enters into force once the amount due has been received in the Online Store’s settlement account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the time of notification.

DELIVERY

Goods are shipped to the following country: Estonia.
The buyer has the following delivery option: Itella Smartpost OÜ.
The shipping cost is paid by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Domestic deliveries in Estonia generally reach the destination chosen by the buyer within 4 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be up to 45 calendar days.


DELIVERY METHOD AND CONDITIONS

HokaBaka undertakes to immediately notify the Customer of any changes to the delivery time.
The Customer is obliged to promptly notify HokaBaka of any change in delivery address.
Avoidance of delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of goods depends on the accuracy of the information provided in the order. HokaBaka and the courier company are not responsible for delays or misunderstandings caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer when placing the order.
A product with damaged packaging must be returned, and information must be sent by e-mail to hokabaka@outlook.com (a photo must be provided as proof).
HokaBaka reserves the right not to deliver an already ordered product if the product is out of stock. If HokaBaka is unable to fulfill the order, a representative of HokaBaka will contact the Customer and offer an alternative solution within 3 working days from confirming the order. If the Customer does not wish to purchase the alternative product offered and has already paid for the original product, HokaBaka will refund the amount paid to the Customer (payer) no later than 14 days from the receipt of payment to HokaBaka’s account.


RETURNS

The Customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from receiving the goods.
The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
The product must be unused and clean, and the identity of the buyer and purchase date must be identifiable.
The seller has the right not to accept the returned product and to forward it for inspection to the manufacturer, who will determine, no later than within 14 days, whether the product can be returned.
The withdrawal notice must be sent to HokaBaka by e-mail to info@hokabaka.com within the deadline (i.e., within 14 days). The ordinary cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer up to the amount of 10 euros, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
HokaBaka will refund the amount paid for the goods to the Customer within 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal notice and provided that the returned goods have reached HokaBaka within that time. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the payment was originally received by the HokaBaka online store.
If the returned product has deteriorated due to circumstances not caused by HokaBaka, but due to improper use or other reasons (e.g., damaged packaging), HokaBaka has the right to offset the reduction in value against the amount to be refunded to the Customer.
